With apologies to the true originalists of MCM, please browse through these homes remembering that it's up to the real estate listing agent to enter the correct home type into the MLS, and many real estate agents don't know how to correctly analyze the data.
Some of the more well-known Mid-Century Modern areas in the Denver area are Arapahoe Acres, Harvey Park, the neighborhoods just south and west of Cook Park, some neighborhoods near Pinehurst CC, the east side of Green Mountain (Golden), and Virginia Village. There are others but these are quite prominent.
I wish that every Real Estate Agent knew what a Mid-Century Modern home really is.
