To all the Mid-Century Modern fans, my sincere apologies

I realize that most of the homes shown here are not true Mid-Century Modern homes in the genre or style of Cliff May, Maxwell Saul, Thomas Nixon and others.

I really wanted to create a resource to find true MCM homes that are for sale here in the Denver area. Unfortunately, most real estate agents, when taking a listing, don’t actually know the characteristics of an MCM property. So they just assume that if it was built in the middle of the century it must be classified as Mid-Century Modern and check the MCM box.

So, I have pulled everything from the MLS with the MCM box checked. As you are looking through these listings I trust that you will use your discernment and reject those that are not truly Mid-Century Modern.
